By booking "Casa Palmas," you agree to the following: COMMUNITY FEE: To enhance security and convenience, our Homeowners' Association (HOA) requires a $75.00 Community Fee for each stay. With this fee, you can register one mobile phone number for the duration of your stay, which will grant you control over the front gate for guests or deliveries. Upon registration, you'll receive a four-digit Registry Code. Whenever someone arrives, they can enter this code at the front gate, which will then ring to your registered phone number, allowing you to remotely open the gate. This system ensures smooth access and adds an extra layer of security to your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this process. ADDITIONAL RULES: • No Smoking Allowed. • No Pets Allowed. • No Amplified Music Outside (per City of Palm Springs). • No Unregistered Overnight Guests. • No Food in Bedrooms. • No Illegal Substances. • No parking in front of Garage (use Guest Parking Spots Only). • Do Not Leave Garage Door Open. • Do Not Move Furniture. • Keep Track of Keys. Condo and location accurately match with posting. Host was communicative and responsive when required. Closest pool was seldom used by others so felt like it was private! Backyard was wonderful and private. Thanks for a great month! Cheers

My wife and I had a wonderful 2+ months at Casa Palmas. The unit is a side by side duplex with a terrific neighbor. It is recently remodeled and we were very comfortable for our stay. We loved the private patio and gas grill. Craig is a wonderful host, he always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The grounds at Sunrise Palms are beautiful. Although the pool across the street wasn't heated this winter, there was a heated pool close by. We would have been happy to stay longer and hope to return in the future.

I had a long stay here since I’m a travel nurse and the place was great! Very private safe space with a beautiful back patio! The host is super communicative and responsive - maintenance requests were fulfilled the same day! Would highly recommend

What a great host! So easy to communicate with. Would recommend to everyone to stay at this property. The place is very bright and uncluttered with great furniture. We had to leave earlier than anticipated and Craig was very understanding and helpful. Looking forward to come back any time.

The place was very well designed, fresh, and beautiful. It was very well equipped and had sufficient kitchen, laundry, and bedroom supplies. Craig was a responsive caretaker. It's fairly recent on air b&b so a few things had to be addressed but were taken care of. Anyone else renting, be sure to get garage door opener (though plenty of parking outside, and garage is a tight fit,) and make sure your phone is connected so you can buzz people in at the front gate. It was probably the nicest place I've stayed in in Palm Springs. Even though it's at the northern edge of the city, everything in PS is probably with in a 4 mile drive, the city isn't that big. I would stay there again.

This was one of my best stays, I loved the host and the location. The neighbor is very nice too. The location has 8 different pools you can choose from. Also it's in a nice gated community with tennis courts. I look forward to coming back.
