Casa Palmas is offered exclusively as a seasonal rental, with a minimum stay of 28 consecutive nights in accordance with Palm Springs regulations. The condo is conveniently located across the parking lot from one of the community’s eight pools. Heating schedules vary by pool and season and are posted outside each pool area. Palm Springs values the peaceful, residential character of its neighborhoods. Guests must observe all City and community rules, including posted pool and court hours. Outdoor amplified music is not permitted, and music or other noise should never disturb neighboring homes. Please keep outdoor conversations and activities especially quiet between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Parties and events are not permitted.

By booking "Casa Palmas," you agree to the following: COMMUNITY FEE: To enhance security and convenience, our Homeowners' Association (HOA) requires a $75.00 Community Fee for each stay. With this fee, you can register one mobile phone number for the duration of your stay, which will grant you control over the front gate for guests or deliveries. Upon registration, you'll receive a four-digit Registry Code. Whenever someone arrives, they can enter this code at the front gate, which will then ring to your registered phone number, allowing you to remotely open the gate. This system ensures smooth access and adds an extra layer of security to your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this process. ADDITIONAL RULES: • No Smoking Allowed. • No Pets Allowed. • No Amplified Music Outside (per City of Palm Springs). • No Unregistered Overnight Guests. • No Food in Bedrooms. • No Illegal Substances. • No parking in front of Garage (use Guest Parking Spots Only). • Do Not Leave Garage Door Open. • Do Not Move Furniture. • Keep Track of Keys.
