Located in sunny South Palm Springs, this stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath luxury home blends modern comfort with a nod to mid-century design, ideal for families, couples, snowbirds, and golf getaways. Step into your private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling saltwater pool with a heated spillover spa, a relaxing sun shelf with umbrella sleeve, playful deck jets, four chaise lounges for sunbathing, comfortable conversation seating for four, outdoor dining for six, and a gas grill for evening BBQs under the stars. Pool heating is available as an optional add-on service for an additional fee, must be arranged prior to arrival, and is booked for the full duration of your stay. Inside, an expansive great room connects the entry, living area, dining space, and kitchen. South-facing sliding glass doors flood the home with natural light and open directly to the backyard, while west-facing sliders frame beautiful San Jacinto Mountain views. The living room features a plush mid-century-inspired sofa with feather-filled cushions, terrazzo tables, and a 75” Roku Smart TV paired with a Sonos soundbar for movie nights. Just beyond the seating area, an iconic Saarinen-style oval dining table seats six for memorable dinners and game nights. A peninsula with seating for three adds casual gathering space. On the main level, the Primary Suite offers a king bed with Casper memory foam mattress, a 43” Roku TV, ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors with direct backyard access and mountain views. The ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity, large walk-in shower, private water closet, and walk-in closet, along with generous storage. Also on the main level are a powder room, laundry room with side-by-side Whirlpool washer and dryer, linen closet, and interior access to the two-car garage. Upstairs, the Secondary Suite offers mountain views, a king bed with Casper memory foam mattress, a 50” Roku TV, walk-in closet, and dresser. It features direct access to the second full bathroom, which also provides hallway access for the Third Bedroom. The Third Bedroom is furnished with two twin beds by default and includes a 43” Roku TV and ceiling fan. Optional pool heat to 84°F is available for $69/night or $414/week for stays under 28 nights, or for $30/night for stays of 28 nights or longer, and must be purchased for the entire stay. 🐶 Pet Policy Dogs are welcome with a paid pet fee when included at the time of booking. Per HOA rules, guests may bring either one dog up to 90 lbs or two dogs up to 45 lbs each. A non-refundable pet fee of $298 will be automatically added by Airbnb when booking with a pet. ⚡ EV Charging Complementary EV charging between the hours of 12am and 3pm is included for says under 28 nights. A maximum of 3 vehicles may be present at any time. Violations will result in fines and immediate removal without refund. 💤 Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 10pm–10am. Pool/spa equipment powers down, outdoor lights shut off, and all activity must move indoors. We often have same-day arrivals, so timely departure is very important. Late checkout must be requested and approved in advance through Airbnb.
