Pool Heating Policy Overview Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please review our pool heating policy below to understand the available options and associated fees. Spa Heating/Use • Spa heating and usage are included in your nightly rate. You can enjoy the spa at any time during your stay without incurring any additional charges but please remember to shut it off after each use. Pool Heating Service • Heating the pool is offered as an optional amenity for guests who prefer a warm pool during their visit. • The cost for heating the pool is an additional $75 per day. This fee is separate from the nightly rate and will be applied only on the days you choose to have the pool heated. • Pool heat recommended from Oct-April. Booking and Payment • If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, please indicate this preference at the time of booking or notify us at least 24 hours before your arrival. • The additional pool heating fee is to be paid directly to the Host at or before check in. Additional Information • If you decide not to use the pool heating option, you will only be charged for the standard nightly rate which includes spa heating/use. • Any changes or cancellations to your heating service request should be communicated as soon as possible. House Rules

ADDITIONAL RULES: As we have brand new white carpeting in the bedrooms we respectfully request that you please remove your shoes before entering the bedrooms. This is very much appreciated. Use of the jacuzzi is included in the price but please be mindful and turn it off when it is not being used. • No Smoking Allowed. • No Amplified Music Outside (per City of Palm Springs). • No Unregistered Overnight Guests. • No Food in Bedrooms. • No Illegal Substances. • Do Not Leave Garage Door Open. • Do Not Move Furniture. • Turn Off A/C when Away. • Put Trash & Recycle in Correct Bins. Bins are located just outside the gate adjacent to the kitchen sliding glass door. Garbage collection is on Thursday, • Quiet Hours 10PM - 8AM Daily. • Use Amenities (such as pool and hot tub) at Your Own Risk. • Use Only Plastic Cups and Dishes Poolside.

We enjoyed our stay while here for the Indian wells tennis tournament. Beautiful and peaceful home. The hot tub was rejuvenating at the end of the day. Communication was very responsive.

Honestly my best airbnb experience I’ve had Kandy was very responsive friendly and helpful. The place was amazing and most importantly the beds are great. I have a bad back so finding a good mattress was priority for me. The beds were great. I will be back for sure! Thank you Kandy!

Beautiful home and pool! The park out the back gate with lemon trees and a nice path was a wonderful bonus. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture in the spacious living area.
