Dogs must be leashed in all common areas, walked outside the gates, and cleaned up after. No dogs on the beds. Fees apply. •• HOME CARE •• • Frame TV: Enjoy the art mode feature, but please don’t leave it on for extended periods or when away to prevent damage. • Kitchenware: Please hand wash all vintage/special items as labeled, including: Green glass cactus mugs (kitchen counter) Teacups (lower kitchen shelf — top shelf is décor only) • Furniture & Décor: Many furnishings are vintage. Do not move furniture indoors/outdoors or between rooms. Handle barware and housewares gently. Please return all furniture and umbrellas to their original positions before checkout. • Nelson Clock: Extremely fragile — do not touch or adjust the hands. Contact host if adjustment or cleaning is needed. • Sliding Doors: Recently serviced; keep closed when not in use for comfort and energy efficiency. Original screen doors are functional — slide gently. • Curtains & Thermostat: When leaving the home, draw curtains, lock doors, secure security dowels, and adjust thermostat for comfort and efficiency. •• PARKING •• One covered/secure garage space is included. Additional open parking available in spaces behind the unit. •• FEES & LOST ITEMS •• Lost keys, garage opener, or TV remotes will incur a $250 replacement fee.
