Here are some important rules to be aware of: - The primary renter must be 25+ and must be there during the length of the booking - Absolutely no music outside the home (24 hours a day) - 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am - No smoking inside home - Maximum number of night guests: 8 (you can also have 2 additional kids if they are 12 or under) - Maximum number of daytime guests: 12 - You can park up to four cars in the parking lot - Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a cost of $100 - All guests must sign a form stating that they understand the Palm Springs rules

No music outside the home (24 hours a day). Up to two dogs are allowed if they are at least one year old and we have agreed in advance. Dogs are never allowed on or in the beds.

You will have access to the entire space and all of the amenities of Mountain Shadows. Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort is open to the public and you can book your tee times online. They also have a great practice area with a real grass driving range, and chipping and putting areas.
